JIM & WENDY KRZYZANOWSKI KRONICLES 2008

Time & distance may come between us,
But I'm a computer geek you know.
It's been so long since you've seen us,
So catch up on our news by reading below!

Here's to another year.

Melanie is now 17. She's a senior in High School. Homestead High School Spartan Alliance Band went to the state finals again. They came in 4th. She's been accepted at Huntington University and Ball State (and IPFW too) - decisions, decisions! She's been dating Kevin for over a year now. But, the biggest news for Mel is she just underwent back surgery. She is at home recovering fine. See here for more details.

Brian is in the 8th grade and he just turned 14 in November. He still loves drums and he added to his set. He is getting ready for being a member of the drumline when he gets to high school. He's still in Boy Scouts. It is a struggle though. He likes the idea of working towards his Eagle, but he does not find the meetings interesting. He'll be going on the middle school band trip to St. Louis in Spring. He did go down to Indy to compete in the state finals of We The People. His school sent two teams to round out the 12 teams competing.

Michael Victor also had a birthday in November and he just turned 8. He's in the 2nd grade now. He went to his first roller skating party a few weeks ago. He did little league baseball in the summer, flag football this Fall & Winter, and he'll be in Upwards Basketball with games starting in January. In Cub Scouts, he's in the Wolf Den. He participated in the Pinewood Derby, Family Campout, Wizard's Overnight, Day Camp, and Resident Camp.

Wendy left the American Cancer Society this year. She is now working at BDS Agency. She is a 3 1/2 year cancer survivor now. She continues as Den Leader for Michael's Wolf Den. She also organized the Blood Drive at our church, The Chapel.

I continue as Committee Chairman for Cub Scout Pack 3333. I just completed my Wood Badge Ticket and I'll receive my beads in February. I played softball in the church league again. My job at Raytheon continues to go well. I am the site Software Measurement Analyst. I have traveled to Towson, MD a couple of times to help the Raytheon site there come up-to-speed with the measurement process.

We are thankful for all of our friends and family. We wish we could see you all more often.

Wishing you a season filled
with all the special things
that a bright
and Merry Christmas
and a Happy New Year brings!

With Love,

Jim & Wendy
and
Melanie & Brian
and
Michael Victor
